Halef Dessert, which is similar to baklava in terms of its preparation up to a certain stage, is syruped after the cooking stage with a special recipe prepared with milk cream and little sugar. It is decorated with different chocolate powders and served cold. It has three alternatives: pistachio, hazelnut and walnut. Halef's menu also includes traditional Diyarbakır kadayıf, which has been prepared according to a family recipe for more than 100 years.
